Constant Client Contact and “Eat the Frog”

My Domeika, a mentee of Gary Lanham, talks about checking her phone throughout the day and receiving hundreds of texts and calls. She stresses agents need to let clients know they’re on top of things so they need to be answered as soon as possible, keeping constant contact. Dena MacDonald, also trained by Gary, starts telling agents about a book called “Eat the Frog.”
